At 100 Acre Wood, we’re about healthy animals raised on high-quality forage and feed to produce exceptional, nutrient-dense meat and eggs. Our own Texas Longhorn cattle are forage-fed and free of added hormones and antibiotics. We’ve curated a gourmet selection of locally-made, small-batch products to ensure that everything in our store supports healthy agro-ecosystems and small-batch and family-owned. We invite you to explore our offerings, pack a picnic, and savor the beauty and the bounty of our farm. Transforming moments and meals, one ingredient at a time.

Our 2025 CSA Subscriber list is complete! If you didn’t get on the list for this year, don’t worry, you can still enjoy the richness of our forage-fed Texas Longhorn beef, which is not only packed with flavor but is considered one of the most heart-healthy proteins on Earth. Our heritage chickens, too, are raised on pasture, fresh air, and sunshine, yielding the tastiest meat and eggs.
From May to December, our Bounty Boxes include certified Texas Longhorn forage-fed beef, and heritage-bred pasture chicken in a variety of choice cuts like steaks, sirloin, 90/10 lean ground beef, roasts, shanks, brisket, and butterfly and whole birds.
Plus, subscribers receive a 10% discount on food items at the Farm Store at time of pick up.

Choose between two box sizes, each filled with a variety of seasonal, sustainable cuts. Our CSA subscribers enjoy a diverse selection, including premium cuts like steaks and sirloin, along with everyday favorites such as roasts, 90/10 lean ground beef, osso bucco, brisket, and butterfly or whole birds. Chicken will be available three times during our CSA season.
